WWF Adaptation Policy Recommendations, COP16 Cancun

The adaptation decision should be part of a package of decisions at COP16 in Cancun. After COP 15 we are in fact close to agreeing a decision on establishing an Adaptation Framework for Implementation. This paper gives recommendations on effectively moving the adaptation process forward at COP16.
