One year ago, A & L Salvage Landfill in Lisbon stopped operations, after many complaints of foul odors and other problems from residents in the area. Since that time, the Ohio EPA and the Ohio Attorney General's Office have been working with the landfill owners to get them to properly close the facility and arrange for longterm maintenance, claiming it's a health threat for people living in the ...
